I really love spaghetti sauce. When I was a kid, I remember that whenever my mom was making spaghetti, I would always eat some of the spaghetti sauce with a spoon while it was still cooking. Of course, she usually used ground beef in her sauce, so I figured out a way to make it vegan while still tasting just as amazing. Textured vegetable protein is what I use for my “meat”, however, any storebought frozen vegan ground beef crumbles will work just as well.
